1 General Provisions

Ak8bd (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. 5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing those funds — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a x10 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

• Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are generally x8 to x12.
• Wagering requirements for cashback bonuses range from x1 to x3.
• You have 30 calendar days to meet the wagering requirement.
• Only bets with odds of 1.5 or higher will count toward wagering requirements.
• The use of bonuses may be restricted to certain games.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using a VPN or proxy to abuse bonuses.
• Using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Registering with false information.

6 Betting Rules

Bet Settlement

• Sports bets will be settled based on the official match result.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak8bd. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Match Fixing: Placing or participating in a bet on a match with a predetermined outcome.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Software Misuse: Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the system.
• Fraud: Attempting to gain an advantage using a false identity or misleading information.
• System Loophole Abuse: Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Ak8bd reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. The account will be closed once all pending withdrawals have been settled.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
